The term HEALTHY LIFESTYLE is heard almost everywhere these days - on television, social media and many more communication platforms. The need to follow a proper routine is stressed upon but people still ignore it and continue their not-so-healthy lifestyle and then face the consequences.
A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE mainly includes:
Healthy eating habits, taking adequate sleep, physical exercise each day, a short time to meditation as well.
